Job Location: Bangalore
We are looking for a Patent Drafting/Writing Analyst with 1+ yrs of experience in drafting provisional and non provisional patent application to join our team
Job Description:
- Proficiency in drafting/writing provisional and non provisional patent applications
- Proficiency in drafting responses to office action
- Excellent analytical skills to analyse the invention disclosure and draft the specifications in line with patent law
- Experience in patent filing & prosecution will be added advantage
- Familiarity with PCT, United States (US), India (IN) and patent laws and European (EP) practices
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property & Patent Law
- Excellent written communication skills
- Immediate joiner preferred
- This position is full-time, work-from-office role based in Bangalore
Qualification:
Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline, as well as MSc graduates in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Physics, or related sciences with expertise in the mentioned IP skillsWork experience:
